Shipping Options & Fees

We provide various shipping methods depending on your order and delivery location. In certain cases, a third-party partner may manage inventory and fulfillment.

Privè Standard Shipping (30–90 Business Days)

  • 1 kg → $100

  • 2 kg → $180

  • 3 kg → $260

  • 5 Kg  and more → calculated on actuals 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and provided in good faith. Actual delivery times may vary.

EU & UK Customers
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless otherwise noted, orders will be delivered within 90 days of acceptance.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions may apply depending on your country. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Order Delays

If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an updated estimated delivery date.

Can I return my decor object?

All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all finishes, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!

Can I cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM the following day to cancel and get your money back. Post that time frame there will be no refund offered.
