This hand-carved masterpiece is fashioned from the illustrious Makrana Marble, the very stone that graces the iconic Taj Mahal. The dish's round, concave form, enriched with two meticulously carved grooves on the top and one on the bottom, harmonizes functionality with aesthetic refinement. These grooves are meticulously and accurately hand carved so as to integrate the dish with the Chaand Uruli Box, whether it acts as a base for the box or as a lid for it. On its own, this dish acts as a statement piece in any surrounding, given its subtle curves arching into monolithic form and heritage in its artistry.

LEAD TIME

Each and every AmalDhatu Tray is entirely made by an artisan by hand. All the copper sheets are heated and cooled over 5 times, annealing them for strength, some of them can they over 6 weeks to produce. Each marble block is sourced ethically from ancient quarries of Rajasthan, Hampi and Mahabalipuram, and hand carved over couple of weeks.

Current lead times are : 6-8 weeks.

Variations

Since each tray is hand-crafted, there will be natural, beautiful variations in pattern and colour of the copper sheets, polish and finish. These are sure signs of an authenticity. The final sizes and heights can vary by up to 4% from what is ordered.
